Your Personal hygiene

A massage is a very intimate experience for both the client and masseur performing the massage. Ideally, prior to your visit, you should shower thoroughly before and not be under the influence of any drugs or alcohol. If you are under the influence of drugs and/or alcohol or are not clean then I reserve the right to curtail your therapy session.

For clients who are booking a sensual massage, it is really important that you are thoroughly clean all over, especially in any intimate areas.

For clients booking Reflexology it is important that your feet are thoroughly cleaned before attending for your session where possible. If this is not possible, your feet can be bathed prior to treatment commencing.

Your Health

You must be in reasonably good state of health for booking a massage. If you have certain medical conditions then it is not recommended for you to have a massage, these include:

Any broken skin, unhealed cuts, grazes or injuries.

Recent invasive surgery

Contagious diseases

Skin conditions such as Psoriasis

Any Heart related conditions; If in doubt, please consult your General Practitioner before booking.

My therapy room is up a flight of stairs. I do not offer shower facilities on my premises. I do However, have a bathroom and toilet which is available for you to freshen up before and afterwards as required, especially if you have come straight from work or meeting etc. I use only quality pure essential oils and non scented massage oils (if required) and following your massage all excess oil is removed from you before you get dressed.
